extract "core" package, small improvements (#137)
This PR mainly refactors the code by extracting a "core" package which is then used by the "backend" and "frontend" apps. - fix going to step 2 after logging in We need to re-evaluate the `useEffect` function when `isAuthorized` changes. - fix Skeleton not showing in step 2 - change wakatime example user to [alan](https://wakatime.com/@alan).
